Terms of Use
Effective October 27, 2026. Last updated October 27, 2026.
These Terms are the agreement between you and us. Many sections start with a short summary in plain words; the full text of each section is what counts. Please read Section 9 (Safety, risk and insurance), Section 16 (Limits on our liability) and Section 18 (Resolving disputes, which includes an arbitration agreement and a class-action waiver) with special care.
1. Who we are and what these Terms cover
In short: Zipedoo is run by ROLV, LLC, a Florida company. These Terms cover everything you do on Zipedoo.
1.1 Who “we” are. “Zipedoo”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean ROLV, LLC, a Florida limited liability company that operates Zipedoo, and, after a transfer under Section 20.4, Zipedoo, Inc. or any other company that takes over Zipedoo. “You” means the person using Zipedoo.
1.2 What these Terms cover. These Terms apply to the Zipedoo apps, websites and services (together, “Zipedoo”). Some features may have extra terms you accept separately, such as the Driver Agreement or a fee agreement under Section 3.6. If extra terms conflict with these Terms, the extra terms control for that feature only.
1.3 Privacy. Our Privacy Notice (https://api.zipedoo.com/legal/privacy) explains what we collect and how we use it.
1.4 How you agree. You accept these Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Notice by ticking the box or tapping “Agree and continue” (or a similar button) next to links to both. If we change these Terms in a material way, we'll tell you in the app and ask you to accept the new version before you keep using the affected features. Non-material changes take effect when posted. Changes don't apply to disputes that arose before them. This version replaces the earlier text on this page; you don't need to accept it again in the app. If you don't agree, please don't use Zipedoo.
2. Who can use Zipedoo
In short: you must be 18 or older, with one account and true information.
2.1 Age. You must be 18 or older to create an account or use any part of Zipedoo. By signing up you confirm that the birth month and year you give are true. We may close an account if we believe its owner is under 18.
2.2 One real you. You may have one account. Use your real name, your own phone number and true information, and keep it up to date. Don't share your account. You're responsible for what happens on it.
2.3 Where Zipedoo is available. Some categories or features may not be available everywhere.
2.4 Who can't use Zipedoo. You can't use Zipedoo if we have banned you before, if you're barred by law, or if you're a registered sex offender.
2.5 ID check for people who give rides or offer services (when this feature is available). When we launch ID checks, to give rides, offer services in a Pro category, or offer companion visits, you'll need to complete an ID check run by our service provider, Stripe. It compares a photo of your government ID with a live selfie and checks that the name matches your account. Your profile may then say “ID check completed” with a date. An ID check isn't a background check, criminal-record check, driving-record check, license check or insurance check. It doesn't mean we vouch for anyone or that anyone is safe, and IDs can be forged. We may ask you to repeat it, and may suspend provider features if a check fails or isn't completed. We'll tell you in the app before ID checks start; how the check handles your data is in the Privacy Notice.
3. How Zipedoo works
In short: we connect people. We aren't a party to what members arrange, we aren't a transportation, staffing or home-care provider, and we never set or collect prices.
3.1 The categories. Depending on your app version, the app shows Rides or categories such as Rides, Everyday help (for example favors, errands and pickups, moving help, cleaning, furniture assembly, yard work, snow removal and pet care) and Local pros (for example plumbers, electricians, heating & air, roofers and locksmiths). The list may change. Zipedoo has no home care category.
3.2 What Zipedoo is. Zipedoo is a social network and introduction service: an app that lets members find each other, chat and rate each other.
3.3 What Zipedoo is, and isn't. Zipedoo only connects people. Zipedoo isn't a transportation network company, taxi, limousine, charter or motor carrier, or passenger broker; a staffing, employment or placement agency; a home care agency, home assistance services provider, nurse registry or nurse pool; a contractor, broker or agent for anyone; or an insurer. We don't provide, sell, price, dispatch or arrange transportation or any other service. We don't employ, train, supervise, schedule, direct or pay members who give rides or offer services, and we're not a party to any arrangement between members. Drivers, riders, helpers, pros and customers (“members”) aren't our employees, agents, partners or joint venturers. Each member is responsible for their own services, licenses, permits, insurance and taxes.
3.4 We never set prices. If anything is paid for anything arranged through Zipedoo, the members involved decide that among themselves. We don't set, collect, hold or process any price or payment between members.
3.5 Only fees under Section 3.6. The only money Zipedoo may ever receive is a fee under Section 3.6, and only after notice and your separate agreement.
3.6 Fees.
- (a) Today. Zipedoo is free to use. We don't charge askers, riders, people who give rides, or pros.
- (b) Rides: never. We will never charge a fee, commission or lead fee to anyone for giving or getting a ride, or for being shown or matched to a ride request. Nothing in these Terms lets us add one.
- (c) Pros: possible in the future. We may later charge pros a lead or connection fee in some service categories (for example, a fee when a customer's request is shared with you or you're connected with a customer). The amount, what triggers it and which categories it covers will be in a separate Provider Fee Agreement.
- (d) Marketplace. If we launch a Marketplace for listing items or services, we may charge a listing, lead or connection fee there too, under its own fee terms.
- (e) Notice and consent before any fee starts. We'll give you at least 30 days' notice in the app and by email before a fee first applies to you. No fee will be charged unless you expressly agree to the Provider Fee Agreement (or Marketplace fee terms) in the app, separately from these Terms. If you don't agree, you can keep using Zipedoo in every way that doesn't carry a fee.
- (f) Changes. We'll give at least 30 days' notice before increasing a fee or adding a fee trigger. Decreases can take effect immediately. You can stop using the feature at any time before a change takes effect. Fees already incurred stay owed.
- (g) Billing and taxes. Fees are charged through the payment method you add and are processed by our payment provider. Except as required by law or stated in the fee terms, they're non-refundable. You pay any taxes on fees you pay us and on your own services.
- (h) Promotions. We may waive or reduce fees for anyone, for any period, without changing these Terms.
4. Rides
In short: you decide whom you ride with or drive. Drivers need a valid license and the insurance the law requires. Zipedoo doesn't provide transportation.
4.1 How rides work. A member can ask for a lift, and a member who drives can offer one. Drivers decide whether to drive, whom to drive, which route to take and when to say no. Nobody has to give or take a ride.
4.2 Ride at your own risk. Getting in a car, or letting someone into yours, has real risks. We don't check drivers' driving records, criminal histories or cars, and we don't inspect anything. Please read Section 9.
4.3 Not a carrier, and not your employer. Zipedoo doesn't provide transportation (Section 3.3). Nothing in these Terms makes a driver an employee or agent of Zipedoo or of a rider.
4.4 Driver requirements. To offer rides you must hold a valid driver's license; carry at least the auto insurance your state requires; drive a car you're allowed to use; obey traffic laws; never drive impaired, drowsy or distracted; and not carry more people than you have seat belts for. You're responsible for your car, your driving, making sure your insurance covers how you use your car, and any license, permit or registration the law requires. You also accept the Driver Agreement.
4.5 Driver's license. Today, a driver can add a photo of the front of their driver's license; it's optional in the current app. If you add one, we use it only to see that a license photo is on file, and staff may look at it; it isn't a check of the license, the driver or their record. The Privacy Notice explains how the photo is stored and deleted. When the ID check in Section 2.5 is available, it will use your driver's license instead. You promise your license is valid, you'll keep it valid, and you'll stop giving rides if it isn't.
5. Messages, content checks and records
In short: chat stays in the app and your phone number and email stay private. You can report or block anyone.
5.1 In-app chat. Each request has a chat. The other person doesn't get your phone number or email from us.
5.2 How long we keep things. The Privacy Notice explains what we keep and for how long.
5.3 Legal hold. If we receive a legal claim, a subpoena or a law-enforcement request, or reasonably expect a lawsuit or investigation, we keep the related records until the matter is over, even if they would otherwise be deleted.
5.4 Reports, blocking and filtering. You can report or block any member from their profile or chat, and we act on reports. Staff look at messages only when a report is made (and then only the related messages), to deal with a safety emergency or suspected crime, when the law requires it, or when you ask us to help. We don't use automated content filtering today; we rely on reports, blocking and staff review, and we can't promise to catch everything.
5.5 Be decent. Don't harass, threaten, demean or spam anyone, and don't send sexual content to anyone.
6. Everyday help
In short: anyone 18+ can offer help with everyday tasks. Helpers work for themselves. Some tasks aren't allowed.
6.1 Who can offer it. Anyone 18 or older with a Zipedoo account. We don't check skills, licenses, insurance or backgrounds.
6.2 You're independent. Members who offer help (“helpers”) work for themselves, not for Zipedoo. Helpers decide whether to offer help, which tasks to take, when and how to work and what, if anything, to charge. Zipedoo doesn't train, supervise, schedule or direct helpers.
6.3 What you can offer. Any lawful task in the app's categories that you're allowed and able to do safely.
6.4 Arrangements. Details, including any price, are between you and the person you help (Section 12).
6.5 Not allowed. Helpers may not offer, and members may not request:
- (1) anything illegal, including work that legally requires a license, permit or registration you don't hold (Section 10A);
- (2) childcare, until we publish a policy for it;
- (3) hands-on personal care (bathing, dressing, toileting, lifting or transfers, feeding help), medication help, nursing or any medical care, and any service that requires a home care, home health or nursing license;
- (4) handling alcohol, tobacco, vape products, cannabis, prescription drugs or weapons for someone else;
- (5) doing someone's graded schoolwork, tests or applications for them (tutoring is fine).
6.6 Errands by car. A helper may use their own car to get to a job or run an errand. Your personal auto insurance may not cover that; it's your job to check (Section 9.2).
6.7 Taxes and safety. Helpers are responsible for their own taxes, permits, tools and safety. The person asking for help is responsible for a safe place to work and for telling the helper about hazards.
6.8 No guarantee. Zipedoo doesn't guarantee any task, any amount of work, the quality of any work, or that anyone will pay.
6.9 Companion visits (only if and when we offer them in your area). We don't offer companion visits today. If we offer them later, they'll be company and everyday help with no hands-on or personal care, they won't be available in Florida, and helpers will need to complete the ID check. Zipedoo isn't a licensed home care agency or home assistance services provider, and doesn't employ, train, supervise or schedule helpers. We make no representations or guarantees about any helper's training, supervision or competence. Helpers must not handle money, accept gifts or loans, or take any legal or financial role for the person they visit. Report suspected abuse, neglect or exploitation of an older or disabled adult to 911 or the county Department of Social Services, and to us in the app.
7. Local pros
In short: pros are independent businesses, responsible for their own licenses, insurance and work. No fee is charged today.
7.1 Who pros are. A “pro” is a business or tradesperson offering services in a pro category. Any anchor-partner or exclusivity arrangement is only in a separate signed agreement; nothing in these Terms promises exclusivity.
7.2 Independent businesses. Pros aren't employees, agents, partners or franchisees of Zipedoo. Zipedoo doesn't supervise or direct a pro's work, prices, staff or schedule.
7.3 Licenses and insurance are the pro's responsibility. Each pro must hold every license, registration, permit and bond the work needs, carry the insurance the law and the job require, do the work safely, lawfully and to code, offer only services their license allows, and tell us within 7 days if a license lapses, is suspended or is limited.
7.4 License numbers, and what we don't check. Adding a license number is optional, but encouraged. A license number on a profile is the number the pro typed, shown exactly as typed, with a link to the board's public lookup where we have one. If you add one, you're telling everyone who sees it that the license is yours, is current, and covers the work you offer. Other members may rely on it when they choose who to ask, so treat it seriously. Keep it accurate and remove it if it lapses. Zipedoo doesn't check it, and a false or misleading license number may lead to removal from Zipedoo and may break the law. Apart from the ID check in Section 2.5 (when available), we don't check anyone's background, criminal record, driving record, licenses, permits, bonds, insurance, skills or reviews, and we don't vouch for anyone. Zipedoo never describes a pro as approved, licensed or guaranteed by Zipedoo, or as carrying insurance. Check the license, ask for proof of insurance and get a written estimate before work starts.
7.5 Prices and payment. Price and payment are between the pro and the customer (Section 12).
7.6 Provider fees. Any provider fee follows Section 3.6. Once a fee exists, you can ask for a credit within 7 days if a lead was a duplicate, spam, fake or abusive, or clearly outside the category or area you set, and you can tell us within 60 days if you think a charge is wrong.
7.7 No guarantee of leads. We don't promise any number or quality of requests, any amount of business, or any position in search results. We don't rank anyone higher for uploading documents. If we ever offer paid placement, we'll label it clearly.
7.8 Ratings. After a request, the asker and the helper or pro can each mark it Good or Not good. Ratings are members' opinions; we don't check them. Don't pay for, trade, fake or pressure anyone about ratings.
7.9 Licenses, insurance and other documents you upload. Pros are encouraged, not required, to add a license or proof of insurance when the app allows it. It's optional. You're solely responsible for it being genuine, current and accurate. We don't review, check or confirm any document, and showing it isn't an endorsement or a statement by us that you're licensed, carry insurance, or are qualified or competent. Profiles will say the document was “uploaded by the pro, not checked by Zipedoo”. Don't upload documents containing Social Security numbers, bank details or health information. We may remove any document, and uploading a false document or someone else's is grounds for removal.
8. [Intentionally left blank]
Kept so section numbers stay stable.
9. Safety, risk and insurance
In short: we don't screen or insure anyone. You choose whom to ride with or ask for help, and you take that risk.
9.1 You decide whom to trust. Zipedoo gives you tools: profiles, mutual friends, chat, ratings, blocking and reporting. Except for the narrow ID check in Section 2.5 (when available), we don't screen members. We don't run background checks, check driving records, inspect cars or work, check licenses or insurance, or supervise rides or tasks. No label in the app means Zipedoo has checked, approved or insures a member; a label means only what it says. Check before you choose: use the “How to check someone” tips and the “Look up” links where the app offers them, ask for documents, and talk first. Following the tips doesn't make anyone safe, and Zipedoo isn't affiliated with the sites they link to.
9.2 Insurance. Zipedoo provides no insurance. We don't carry insurance that covers you, your car, your passengers, your property or your work. For rides, the driver's own auto insurance and the rider's own insurance are what may respond, subject to their terms. For everyday help and pro work, any coverage is the helper's, the pro's or your own. Personal auto insurance often doesn't cover a car used to carry people or things for pay, or while the driver is logged into a ride or delivery app; check with your insurer.
9.3 Assumption of risk. Rides, errands, moving, yard and house work, work on ladders or roofs, electrical, plumbing, gas or appliance work, pet care and meeting people you don't know carry real risks, including property damage, injury and death. You choose to take those risks. If you use Zipedoo to meet, ride with or let someone into your home, you do so at your own risk. This doesn't take away any right you have against the person who actually harms you.
9.4 Release. To the fullest extent the law allows, you release Zipedoo and its owners, officers, employees and agents from claims, demands and damages (including personal injury, death, property damage and lost money) arising out of or connected with any ride, task, job, meeting, message or other dealings between members, or any member's acts or omissions. This release doesn't cover Zipedoo's own negligence that causes personal injury or death, Zipedoo's gross negligence, willful or wanton misconduct or fraud, or anything else the law doesn't allow to be released.
9.5 Stay safe. Meet in public places when you can. Tell someone you trust where you're going. Check that the car and the person match the profile. Wear a seat belt. Cancel if something feels wrong. In an emergency, call 911 first. Then report it to us.
9.6 Safety reports. Use Report in the app for anything unsafe or against these Terms. We review reports, may contact both sides, may suspend accounts while we look into something, and may share information with police when someone's safety is at risk or the law requires it.
10. Rules for everyone
You agree not to: break the law or help someone else break it; harass, threaten, discriminate against, stalk or harm anyone; give false information, impersonate anyone or create fake accounts; offer or request tasks that aren't allowed (Section 6.5); claim that Zipedoo has checked, approved or endorsed you or provides insurance for you; offer any service that needs a license, permit, registration or insurance you don't have; scrape, copy, reverse-engineer, overload or interfere with Zipedoo, or get around any limit, block or ban; post content you don't have the right to share, or that is illegal, hateful, sexual or misleading; or use Zipedoo for spam or unrelated advertising.
10A. Licenses, permits and local law
You must follow every licensing, permit, registration, tax and safety law that applies to the work you offer or do, where you do it. If a task needs a license (for example many electrical, plumbing, heating, roofing, general contracting or locksmith jobs), don't offer or accept it unless you hold that license. In North Carolina, for example, electrical contracting requires a state license (G.S. 87-43), and building work costing $40,000 or more requires a general contractor license (G.S. 87-1). A license number shown on Zipedoo is what the member typed; check it on the board's site.
11. Your content
11.1 Content you post (profile, photos, ratings, messages, documents) stays yours. You give Zipedoo a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display and process it only as needed to run, improve and promote Zipedoo, for as long as it's on Zipedoo plus the retention periods in the Privacy Notice.
11.2 Members' content is theirs. Members' posts, profiles, messages, reviews and uploaded documents are theirs, not ours. We're not responsible for them, and we don't adopt or endorse them. We may screen, filter, edit, refuse or remove content in our discretion, and doing so doesn't make us responsible for content we leave up. Nothing in these Terms waives any protection we have under 47 U.S.C. §230.
12. Arrangements between members
12.1 Between you. Any arrangement made through Zipedoo is solely between the members involved, including what will be done and when. Zipedoo isn't a party to it and isn't responsible for whether anyone performs.
12.2 Nothing through Zipedoo. Zipedoo doesn't set, collect, hold, process, refund or guarantee any price or payment between members, and takes no share of any.
12.3 Your legal responsibilities. You're responsible for following every law that applies to what you offer, provide or arrange, including licensing, permits, registration, insurance, consumer-protection and tax laws. Zipedoo doesn't give legal, tax or insurance advice.
12.4 Disputes between members are between them. You can still report safety problems, fraud or illegal conduct to us (Section 9.6).
13. Fees to Zipedoo
In short: Zipedoo is free today. Rides never carry a fee. A fee for pros or a Marketplace may come later, only after notice and your separate agreement (Section 3.6).
14. Blocking, suspension and closing your account
14.1 You can delete your account any time in the app (Profile › Delete account), at https://api.zipedoo.com/legal/delete-account, or by emailing info@zipedoo.com.
14.2 We may warn, limit, suspend or close an account, or remove access to a category, if we reasonably believe it broke these Terms or the law, created risk for others, or harmed Zipedoo. Where it's safe and lawful we'll tell you why, and you can ask for a review at info@zipedoo.com.
14.3 Sections that by their nature should continue (for example Sections 5.3, 9, 11, 12 and 15–20) continue after your account ends.
15. Disclaimers
15.1 ZIPEDOO IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement, and any warranty or representation that any member is who they say they are (beyond the limited ID check in Section 2.5, when available), or is licensed, covered by insurance, qualified, safe or suitable; that any document a member uploads is genuine; or that any ride, service, task or visit will be safe, lawful or as described. Information members post comes from them, not from us. IF YOU USE ZIPEDOO TO MEET, RIDE WITH OR LET SOMEONE INTO YOUR HOME, YOU DO SO AT YOUR OWN RISK.
15.2 We don't promise that Zipedoo will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that maps, locations or arrival estimates will be accurate.
15.3 We're not responsible for the conduct of any member or other person, online or offline, or for any ride, task, job, vehicle or property. Some places don't allow these disclaimers, so some may not apply to you.
16. Limits on our liability
16.1 Other people's conduct. To the fullest extent the law allows, Zipedoo isn't liable for the acts or omissions of any member or other third party, or for any ride, task or job.
16.2 Kinds of loss. To the fullest extent the law allows, Zipedoo isn't liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data or goodwill.
16.3 Amount. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, ZIPEDOO'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO ZIPEDOO OR THESE TERMS IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF US$100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID ZIPEDOO IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM. These limits don't apply to gross negligence, willful or wanton misconduct, fraud, personal injury or death caused by our negligence, or liability that can't be limited by law, including mandatory consumer-protection laws such as North Carolina's Unfair and Deceptive Trade Practices Act.
16.4 These limits protect Zipedoo only. They don't limit any claim you have against another member.
17. Indemnity
17.1 To the extent the law allows, you will defend, indemnify and hold harmless Zipedoo and its owners, officers, employees and agents from any third-party or government claim, loss, fine or cost (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of Zipedoo; any ride, task or job you give, take, offer, request or do; your content; your breach of these Terms; or your violation of any law or anyone's rights.
17.2 Pros also indemnify Zipedoo for claims arising from their work, services, licensing, insurance, staff and business practices.
17.3 If a member's services are construction, repair, maintenance or similar work on real property, nothing in these Terms requires anyone to indemnify another party for that party's own negligence where N.C. Gen. Stat. §22B-1 forbids it.
17.4 This section doesn't require you to cover Zipedoo's own negligence, gross negligence or willful misconduct. We'll tell you promptly about a claim, let you control the defense with counsel reasonably acceptable to us, and not settle a claim that admits fault on your behalf without your consent.
18. Resolving disputes: arbitration and class-action waiver
In short: tell us first. If we can't fix it, disputes go to individual arbitration, not class actions. You can opt out within 30 days. Small-claims court is always available.
18.1 Talk to us first. Before starting arbitration or a court case, send a written notice describing the dispute and what you want to info@zipedoo.com (or we'll send one to your account email). Each side has 45 days to try to resolve it informally.
18.2 Agreement to arbitrate. Except as stated below, you and Zipedoo agree that any dispute, claim or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or Zipedoo (“Dispute”) will be resolved by binding individual arbitration, not in court. This agreement is governed by the Federal Arbitration Act, 9 U.S.C. §§1–16.
18.3 Rules and costs. The American Arbitration Association (AAA) will run the arbitration under its Consumer Arbitration Rules (or, for pros acting as businesses, its Commercial Arbitration Rules), available at adr.org. For consumer Disputes, Zipedoo will pay all AAA filing, administration and arbitrator fees beyond what you'd pay to file in court, unless the arbitrator finds your claim frivolous. Each side pays its own lawyers unless the law or the arbitrator awards fees.
18.4 Where. Any in-person hearing will be in the county where you live, or another place we both agree to. You may also choose video, phone or written submissions.
18.5 Individual claims only. You and Zipedoo may bring claims only individually, not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, collective or representative proceeding. If this paragraph is found unenforceable for a particular claim or remedy, that claim or remedy (and only that one) will be decided in court, after the individual arbitration of the rest is finished.
18.6 Exceptions. Either side may bring an individual claim in small-claims court if it qualifies; ask a court to stop infringement or misuse of intellectual property or of Zipedoo's systems; and report matters to government agencies.
18.7 Opting out. You can opt out of this arbitration agreement within 30 days of first accepting these Terms (or, for existing members, within 30 days of this version taking effect) by emailing info@zipedoo.com with your name, account email or phone and the words “I opt out of arbitration.” Opting out doesn't affect the rest of these Terms.
18.8 Courts and juries. If a Dispute is heard in court, it will be in the state or federal courts for the county where you live, unless you choose otherwise. Nothing in these Terms waives your right to a jury trial in court.
18.9 Changes to this section. A future change to Section 18 won't apply to a Dispute we already knew about, and you may reject it by emailing us within 30 days of the change.
18.10 Mass filings. If 25 or more similar arbitration demands are filed against us, or by us, by or with the help of the same or coordinated counsel or organizations, the AAA Mass Arbitration Supplementary Rules (as then in effect) will apply. The parties will pay fees as those rules provide. Statutes of limitation are tolled for claims in pending demands while they wait to be administered. Nothing in this section limits your right to opt out under Section 18.7.
19. Governing law
19.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and by the Federal Arbitration Act for Section 18.
19.2 Your home-state protections stay. If you live in North Carolina or another state whose consumer protections can't be waived by contract, those protections still apply to you. Nothing in these Terms requires you to bring a case outside your home state.
20. General
20.1 Changes to these Terms. For changes that matter, we'll give you at least 30 days' notice in the app or by email, and ask you to accept them where the law or fairness requires (Section 1.4). If you don't agree, you can stop using Zipedoo and delete your account.
20.2 Changes to Zipedoo. We may add, change or stop features or categories. We won't charge for something that was free without notice and your agreement (Section 3.6).
20.3 Notices. We may send notices in the app, by email or by text to the contact details on your account. You can reach us at info@zipedoo.com.
20.4 Transfer to Zipedoo, Inc. ROLV, LLC may transfer these Terms, and all its rights and obligations under them, to Zipedoo, Inc. once it's formed, or to any company that takes over Zipedoo. We'll tell you about the transfer. Your rights don't shrink because of it. You may not transfer your account or these Terms.
20.5 Whole agreement. These Terms, the Privacy Notice and any extra terms you accept for a feature are the whole agreement between you and Zipedoo about Zipedoo.
20.6 If part doesn't work, the rest stays in effect, and the unenforceable part is changed only as much as needed, except as stated in Section 18.5.
20.7 No waiver. If we don't enforce part of these Terms right away, we can still enforce it later.
20.8 No third-party rights, except as stated in Section 20.9.
20.9 Apple and Google. These Terms are between you and ROLV, LLC, not Apple or Google. Apple has no duty to provide maintenance or support for the app. If the app fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple's only duty is to refund the purchase price (Zipedoo is free, so that is $0); Apple has no other warranty obligation. Zipedoo, not Apple, is responsible for any claims about the app, including product liability, failure to meet legal or regulatory requirements, consumer protection, privacy and intellectual property claims. You confirm you're not in a country under a U.S. government embargo or designated as a “terrorist supporting” country, and not on any U.S. government list of prohibited or restricted parties. You must follow any third-party terms that apply when you use the app. Developer contact: ROLV, LLC, info@zipedoo.com.
